Trinket/Goody Box Gift Card Tutorial

I was asked by a fellow crafter to make a tutorial for my trinket/goody box gift card so I added a new page today for that. Hope everyone can understand it as I've never written a tutorial before. I seen a similar card in a magazine with no instructions a few years back and this is how I figured out how to make one. They are very cute.
